This Privacy Policy explains how Production Office FZ LLC (“we”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use The Production Office platform (the “Service”).

We collect the account details you provide (name and email), the documents and comments you upload to your organisation’s workspace, and technical data such as log and usage information needed to run and secure the Service.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and maintain the Service, authenticate users, enforce access controls between organisations, keep an audit trail of activity, and improve reliability and security.
3. Data isolation
Data is scoped to your organisation. We apply access controls so members of one organisation cannot read another organisation’s projects, drawings, or activity.
4. Retention
We retain your content for as long as your account or organisation is active, and for any period required to meet legal or operational obligations. Deleted items may be retained briefly in backups.
5. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information.
