These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of The Production Office platform (the “Service”), operated by Production Office FZ LLC. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorised use.
2. Use of the Service
The Service lets organisations upload, review, comment on, and approve technical drawings. You may use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and your organisation’s policies.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the documents and data you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that content so we can provide the Service to you and your organisation.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access data belonging to other organisations, disrupting the platform, or uploading unlawful or infringing material.
5. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, and we may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
